Is a pulse rate of 45 too low? - post virus fatigue

I am a man of 37 years (about 6 'and 13 stone), and rarely exercise. I tested the heart rate on a home computer, the control of the Palestinian Authority and in the last week of my resting heart rate was around 43-50. Is this too low? I now suffer from post viral fatigue of a liver virus was 3 years ago.
