Allergic to metal, what to do for a belt? - sterling silver belt buckles

I am allergic to metal, particularly nickel in it. I use sterling silver, stainless steel, gold, titanium, etc.. Is there a belt of material, it is all? or perhaps a model for? I need the band to do their work, not just pretty. I know that you could choose the belt buckles with one of these metals, but I prefer the low road beyond cost. Ideas?
