lately my dog has been licking his paws a lot. Had I then discovered that he had sponte white in the front paws on the ground, is a black book ... is a serious matter?

Most dogs have a white spot somewhere on one leg, I had a lab all black and a white spot on the leg, just to see if hes lame leg, and some much more than the rest of his probably nothing ..
